As a prominent leader in management, Rizwana has steered organisations to achieve high profitability and strong governance. Her contributions have been recognized through her role as the outgoing chairperson and current membership in the prestigious Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners in Mauritius. Renowned for her expertise, she has been a featured speaker at various conferences, both locally and internationally, further solidifying her reputation in the global business sector.

Rizwana’s core specialisation lies in the structuring and management of offshore structures. Notably, she has previously served as a Legal Officer at the Financial Intelligence Unit, providing expert legal advice on case dissemination, contract drafting and vetting, and general legal matters. Her comprehensive experience and proven track record make her a valuable asset in the financial and legal realm.

Iqbal Oozeer

Mohammad Iqbal Oozeer, the acting Managing Director of a prominent local conglomerate, holds the prestigious status of a long-standing fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. What sets him apart is the rare blend of strong financial management expertise paired with exceptional business acumen, affording him a holistic view of businesses, adeptness in comprehending complex issues, and an unparalleled ability to drive tangible results.

Iqbal’s exceptional leadership transcends the traditional boundaries of financial executives, as he spearheads numerous strategic initiatives that profoundly impacts diverse business areas. Over the course of his career , he has collaborated closely with the CEO and the board of directors, and as a board member, offering invaluable insights on various governance matters. A noteworthy accomplishment is his pivotal role in leading the Group’s first Integrated Reporting in 2018, cementing his position as a driving force behind transformative developments within the organisation.

Kailash Jaulim

Executive Director

Kailash Jaulim is a chartered accountant, admitted to the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA), and renowned for his expertise in business models and processes. With over ten years of experience in both the financial and non-financial sectors, he has garnered substantial financial management proficiency and advisory acumen.

Mr. Jaulim possesses valuable experience in elevating small to medium companies, spearheading vital functions such as compliance, human resources, and finance departments in strict accordance with Mauritius’ enabling laws. His key strength lies in the seamless and efficient implementation of robust frameworks and processes.

Having advised boards on both long-term and short-term strategies, his strategic insights have resulted in increased profitability and turnover for various organisations. Riad Aubdool

Additionally, he is duly registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants as both a professional and public accountant.

A respected member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, Riad boasts an impressive professional journey spanning over 25 years in the financial services domain. His expertise encompasses a wide range of financial disciplines, including fund administration, setup, structuring, administration, secretarial services, accounting, international tax planning, tax compliance, AML, auditing, and consulting.

Throughout his career, Riad has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in administering funds and companies, managing Assets under Administration valued at approximately USD 26 Billion, with prominent international financial institutions among his esteemed clients.

His extensive experience was honed through nine years at PwC Mauritius, followed by thirteen years in the Global Business Sector, where he achieved the distinguished role of Executive Director at a prominent management company. With a track record of excellence, Riad stands as a valuable asset to the financial services arena.

Muhammad Yaasir Khan Allykhan

Currently serving as the Compliance Officer at Accuvise Administrators Limited. Yaasir has been a pivotal member of the Fund Services Team at one of Mauritius’ leading Management Companies.
